All sh-translation services are delivered as digital files. No physical goods are shipped. Deliverables are provided by email or shared cloud folder.
Standard (5-7 days): for projects up to approximately 5,000 words. Express (3-4 days): 25% surcharge. Rush (24-48h): 60% surcharge. Larger projects are subject to individually agreed timelines.
Translations are delivered in the same file format as received where technically possible. DTP formatting is available as an add-on for complex layouts.
A five-day revision window is included after delivery. Minor corrections are handled without additional charge within that period.
